Each year select churches will be part of a one-year mentoring program. The program consists of several on-site training conferences at Hebron where pastor, staff and church leaders can meet with Hebron’s staff. These training sessions cover almost every aspect of church growth. Some of the ministry areas covered; Preschool, Children, Students, Adults, Administration, Legal, Pastoral Care, Men’s & Women’s Ministry, Evangelism, Recreation, Music, and Missions. Along with the training dates at Hebron, each church is given the opportunity to have trainers come to their campus for more specific one-on-one sessions.

Upon application to the program, a member of the Institute team will meet with the leadership of the prospective church. Once approved, the church commits to support the training events with their attendance and participation.

The churches in the mentoring program pay a fee based on the membership of the church. This fee covers expenses for the church staff and lay leadership to attend on-site training conferences at Hebron. This fee also covers honorariums for our staff when they come to your campus for scheduled one-on-one training. Travel to and from the conferences, as well as for Hebron trainers, who come to your campus, are your responsibility.
