All church members and non-members desiring to coach in a Hebron Youth league are required to submit a Volunteer Application, Coach's Profile, and Acknowledgement
of Receipt of Hebron Baptist Church's Child Protection Policies. Please preview our Child Protection Policy prior to signing and submitting the forms.

COACHING PRIVILEGES ARE PENDING UPON APPROVAL.

We are currently accepting applications for those interested in coaching for Youth Fall Baseball/Softball Leagues. Applications are due by July 25, 2011 and MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ALL PRACTICES AND GAMES. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!
